In addition, we are always available to speak with you and if you are unable to come to our offices for an initial case sign-up, we will send someone to you whether at your home or in the hospital.

Finally, we utilize the contingency fee system, where not only do we provide a free consultation to discuss your case, but we never charge a legal fee unless we are successful in obtaining a settlement or jury verdict on your behalf.*
