Silbowitz has been and currently is a partner of Silbowitz, Garafola,
Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick, L.L.P., a New York law firm concentrating
almost exclusively in plaintiff's personal injury matters, having
joined this firm in 1989. Mr. Silbowitz negotiates settlements and
litigates these claims in the areas of motor vehicle accidents,
premises liability, slip/trip and fall, elevator accidents, construction
accidents, medical malpractice, product liability and dangerous
drugs.
Mr. Silbowitz has specialized in the practice of personal injury
law since graduating law school in 1989 and has worked on over
one thousand successful personal injury lawsuits. As a senior
partner, he helped build 1-800-LAW-3369 into the hugely successful
personal injury law practice that it is today. In addition to personal
injury claims, he has well rounded experience in many other areas
of law.
