George
Garafola was a founding partner of the firm of Silbowitz, Garafola,
Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick, L.L.P., a New York law firm concentrating
almost exclusively in the representation of injured accident victims.
Mr. Garafola negotiates settlements and litigates personal injury
matters in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability,
slip/trip and fall, elevator accidents, construction accidents,
medical malpractice, product liability and dangerous drugs.
Mr. Garafola has specialized in personal injury law since entering
private practice in 1987 and has personally handled thousands of
lawsuits to a successful conclusion. Mr., Garafola prides himself
on being accessible to all of his clients on a daily basis.
Mr. Garafola is the former law assistant to Judge Anthony Mercorella
of the Civil Court of the City of New York and the former counsel
to Justice Irwin M. Silbowitz of the Supreme Court of the State
of New York.
