Attorney Referrals
We work with attorneys in every locale
and across New York State.
At Silbowitz, Garafola, Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick, we welcome
the opportunity to put our expertise to work for you and your injured
clients.
We
are one of the few law firms in the entire country to offer fellow
attorneys a standard 40% REFERRAL
FEE on most automobile and general negligence cases and a full 1/3rd on medical malpractice cases,
provided such a fee arrangement is permissible under the laws of
the involved state(s). If the case does not settle prior to trial,
because of preparation time, expert witness fees, etc., all fees
become 2/3-1/3 our favor.
We advance ALL disbursements on all files! Since a typical law firm's overhead can exceed 60%, we offer
you the same financial benefits you would have, had you kept the case, performed all of the work, and borne
all of the financial risk! Because of our streamlined litigation process and state of the art computer
and technology systems, we can offer this unusually high referral fee to all of our referring attorneys.
We are actively seeking referrals of all types
of personal injury and medical malpractice
clients.
Why choose us for your referrals?
 |

 |
Our results are sizeable. |
 |
We offer highly competitive referral fees. |
 |
We have a shared interest in treating your clients
well and working hard on their behalf. |
 |
Our practice is limited to the personal injury
area and does not overlap with other areas in which you may
practice. |
 |
We provide our referring attorneys with regular
case status reports on request, so that you can stay involved
if you wish. |
 |
For nearly 20 years, the Silbowitz law firm
has worked extensively with attorneys throughout the country
who have referred cases to our practice. |
We have an impeccable record of honoring our referral
fee agreements.
What are your referral options?
| (1) |
Most cases are referred to us at an early stage so that our
firm can handle the file from start to finish but we do accept referrals at the various
stages of litigation. |
| (2) |
For large 6 and 7 figure cases, we will also
try the case once the referring attorney has completely prepared
the case for trial. |
